Political Dynamics of Sindh 1947-1977

Based on the Ph.D dissertation of Dr Tanvir Ahmad Tahir, this book, presented by Pakistan Study Centre, University of Karachi, seeks to explore the underlying currents which shaped the politics of Sindh both immediately before partition of the Indian subcontinent and the creation of Pakistan as well as in the first three decades after independence. The author of this work has addressed some of those aspects of the politics of Sindh as well which were not explored before. One also tends to attribute importance to this study given its objectivity and the fact that the author has formed his opinions on different issues only after carefully analyzing the primary sources and basing his judgement on authentic material.
